The office is staffed 8:30AM-5PM on days when the university is operating normally. To report concerns when the office is closed contact our on call staff at (815)483-4231. All emergencies should be reported directly to university police at 815-836-5911, or on campus extension x5911.

*These phones are monitored between 5:00pm and 8:30am. Between 8:30am and 5:00pm, please call the Residence Life Office at 815-836-5581.
