Please review the State of Illinois Immunization Requirements for College Attendance.
Helpful Tips about Immunization Requirements:
- All students enrolled in six or more credit hours on the Romeoville campus must provide evidence of the State of Illinois immunization requirements for college attendance.
- These requirements are separate from any athletics or program-specific requirements, and it is the responsibility of the student to submit the required immunization records before the semester deadline (Fall semester: September 1st, Spring semester: February 1st). Students who have not submitted proof of all required immunizations by the compliance deadline will have a registration hold placed on their student account, which will prevent any future class registration or schedule changes. The hold cannot be removed until ALL requirements have been met.
- º£½ÇÉçÇø has partnered with for immunization record verification. You must use your Lewis University email address and myLewis credentials to create your account. Please refer to our website, which includes details on the immunization requirements, submission process and instructions on how to register for your account.

You can find the dates for the first day of classes, finals, and everything in between on the Lewis Academic Calendar.
