Published: September 1, 2024.

º£½ÇÉçÇø is partnering with the Catholic Theological Union at Chicago to offer a coordinated (MAM) program. This collaboration allows students to earn their bachelor’s degree in theology from Lewis and a MAM degree from CTU with a concentration in Intercultural Ministry or Social Justice Ministry on an accelerated timeline, providing a comprehensive educational experience.

As part of this partnership, º£½ÇÉçÇø students can apply up to 12 semester credit hours for specific courses completed at º£½ÇÉçÇø to the CTU MAM program, thus enabling students to obtain both bachelor's and master’s degrees in five years.  Some of the courses that may be applied to this 4+1 opportunity include:

-          Theology of Pastoral Ministry (THEO-30200)

-          Hebrew Bible (formerly Old Testament, THEO-22300)

-          New Testament and Early Christian Literature (THEO-22500)

-          Introduction to Christian Ethics (THEO-21400)

This credit transfer option enables students to build on their academic work at º£½ÇÉçÇø while benefiting from CTU’s graduate-level ministerial and theological expertise. It accelerates their path to degree completion and the rewarding professional opportunities that will follow.

The MAM program, with concentrations in Intercultural Ministry or Social Justice Ministry, is open to students from diverse backgrounds committed to serving others. The program features in-person and online courses, offering flexibility for working professionals.
