The Writing Center

The Writing Center offers online peer writing tutoring and, when possible, face-to-face support. The Writing Center also has an Online Writing Lab (OWL) where writers can access a variety of writing resources on topics such as formatting in MLA, APA, and Chicago Style, writing Process and design, ESL/ELL, resumes and cover letters, and much more!

The Writing Center offers assistance with the following:

    Generating ideas and developing content Organizing, editing, and revising Transitioning between ideas and sections Developing proofreading and editing skills Developing professional documents such as resumes, cover letters, scholarship and fellowship essays, and personal statements Integrating sources Properly formatting in MLA, APA, and Chicago Style
